WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 

FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies

Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost.  All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.

  • Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required)
  • Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)

Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping, 

We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests

APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.

Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.

We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.

Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Shipping costs for limited editions are part of the product pricing. Limited edition prints (only) are packed in tubes if purchased without being framed. Framed limited edition prints a packaged for safe shipping with an extra 5 inches added to all sides. They are shipped ground and insured with a signature release requirement by either FedEx or SEKO. Allow three weeks, maybe longer due to Covid slowdowns. The prints and framing are being completed by Max Art in Las Vegas where I can sign each print as they are ordered. They ask for a two-week allowance, and then give up to another week for delivery. I choose ground as the only option due to the fact that oversize shipping is extreme at overnight or two day guarantees. But if you are willing to pay the extra shipping costs, write me direct at info@lefeverart.com and I can get you a quote from Max Art as to expedited shipping costs.


WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

  • We do not accept returns, or exchanges; all sales are FINAL.
  • We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
  • If your prints arrive damaged, PHOTOGRAPH the damage, please - the insurance requires this. Please keep all packaging and contact info@lefeverart.com with your order number for further instructions. For open editions, a replacement can be sent after proof of the shipping damage from you. Allow a couple weeks for the turn around.

    If a limited edition is damaged in shipping it needs to be documented by photos immediately, also. The artwork will need to be returned so it can be destroyed and a reissue printed. The destruction needs to be documented at the printer. The certificate of authenticity too as it will be amended in the reissue to note that the new print replaces one that has been damaged, officially destroyed & documented, and is no longer in circulation. The reissue will be the same number in the edition sequence.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

All print sales are final. Please contact info@lefeverart.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.  After a couple days from purchase, the order is already in the printing process. Please be sure you want what you want before you order. Please double check that the framing is also what you ordered. I will personally reach out to you to double-check that what you ordered is what you meant to order. Sometimes emails get lost or are slow in reply. If there is a misplaced order, and we can stop it before it goes to framing at least, we may be able to make a framing selection correction. Contact info@lefeverart.com ASAP so we can make such a correction before framing and especially before shipping.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?  

If in the above scenarios you can contact us within 24 hours of placing an order, the order can be canceled before it gets in the print queue. In this case a refund can be worked out. Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days and is the way of the banks.  

HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE IF THE ART WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?
